By the end, you'll have a clear path forward, built around structure, accountability, and sustainable progress.

Investing in your fitness should pay dividends. With four personalized 1:1 training sessions we’ll focus on safe movement, building the foundations for strength training, while improving endurance. We’ll use your priorities, goals, and flexibility discussed in our initial consultation to tailor each session unique to you and your lifestyle. At the end of your fourth session, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and ready for a sustainable fitness lifestyle. (min 3month commitment)

With eight sessions, we’ll have more time to work towards your fitness goals, ensuring greater accountability and consistency. This tailored approach allows us to prioritize your training for a stronger focus, whether you’re preparing for a marathon, looking to stay fit for skiing, hiking, biking, or simply aiming to maintain an active lifestyle.
